Michele Neskey, PA, mom and creator of the healthy shift. I created this shift specific meal planner with busy shift workers in mind, but can be applied to any shift worker. I know how busy we are taking care of others and focusing on service. But I also know how important it is for us to keep our energy sustained and bodies fueled throughout long shifts.

I created this guide to give some guidance on how to plan your meals based on your shift schedule, and threw in some recipes to help you get started.


I use a simple, plate-based method of nutrition that requires no counting calories or macros, but focuses on what foods should be on your plate at each meal.
