Hi! I'm Michele Neskey and I've been a practicing PA since 2005. I am also the wife to a surgeon (Dave), mom, and entrepreneur! Some of you may know me as The Posh PA. Over the years I have worked in a variety of clinical settings and have felt the exhaustion, emotional stress, and burnout. I have always been active but nutrition was never my strong suit. I would reach for whatever was convenient in between patients, and pick up something fast on the way home because I was too exhausted to cook. Add kids in there and BAM..it becomes next level tired.

I was quite frankly sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I realized the foods I was grabbing were not fueling my body and leading to a perpetual cycle of energy then crash. That is when I decided to create the Healthy Shift. Since starting both Dave and I have been able to really shift our mindset around food, overall health, and go from burned out to on fire!
