Shawn T is back with a fresh, new take on their hit program — Focus T25! 

That’s 3 weeks of brand new Focus T25 + B25 workouts with Shawn!

THE WORKOUT

For 3 weeks you’ll do 5 workouts each week followed by an UP Week (an optional 4th week).

This is where you reset, reflect and recover before taking on your next block or fitness adventure.

This is called block periodization — the perfect balance of exercise, recovery, and training.

Start the first Monday of the month or whatever day works best for you.

Feel empowered, and supported by a trainer who shows you ANYTHING is possible.

Equipment Needed: Light, medium, heavy dumbbells, and a stationary bike (optional)
